Positive: Room was clean and the breakfast was hot and plentiful. Decent coffee, friendly staff. The toiletries were lovely, environmentally friendly and gentle.
Negative: The pillows were very lumpy--all 8 of them. The beds were firm and comfy though. The breakfast is good--not high quality, more like fast food level of ingredients, but a great variety.
Summary: A nice hotel with clean rooms and a great hot breakfast in a very convenient location to shopping.

Negative: The mattress was awful. It was so broken down and loud and I woke up with a terrible kink in my back because it was so unsupportive The cleaning staff was incredibly loud in the halls, like calling down the halls having loud and long conversations and banging everything they could
Summary: Overall it was decent. I wouldn't go back

Negative: When we arrived and checked in we were given a room, and we had a little difficulty getting in with the key card but we got in. About a hour later another quest tried to get into out room and was able to open the door, luckily we had the door stop lock in place. We go down to the quest services desk and asked what was going on, the clerk explained we were in the wrong room and had to move to another room. We did this but... why couldn't we have just stayed in the first room they gave us and the other quest take the other room?
